Today, she is an active board member for, advisor to and investor in companies and leadership teams that embody and authentically reflect the breadth and depth of what’s possible, not just in business, but in the world.

I have spent years exploring the science and the art of living well and on purpose—from neuroscience and psychology that explain how we choose who we become, to philosophy, literature and even poetry that examine the ways in which we can cultivate a sense of fulfillment in our lives. And what I’ve discovered is that an inspired life worth living is one that we create consciously, with intention and curiosity, starting with ourselves.
I serve as an independent Board Director for three venture-backed wellness and personal care consumer goods companies: Moon Juice, a premium omni-retail wellness brand featuring adaptogenic supplements, skincare, and foods; PROUDLY, a plant-based baby care line founded by Gabrielle Union and Dwyane Wade and A-FRAME Brands, a portfolio of talent-led brands designed to meet the everyday needs of underserved communities.
I am an angel investor in consumer personal care, women’s health and wellness ventures with priority given to women and BIPOC founders. My current portfolio includes: Tia, Ceremonia, and Aunt Flow. I also advise startup founders via The North - the advisory for the Female Founder Collective - along with several venture funds across women’s and consumer health.
