Daria is the founder of Trest, the first mobile app that helps women with textured hair find salons and stylists they can trust based on recommendations of friends in their social networks. Trest stands at the intersection of beauty, empowering women, and creating a space for a more diverse view of women in all the areas where we are underrepresented.

Daria has presented to corporations, universities, entrepreneurs and other groups. She is a contributing writer for Huffington Post, Black Enterprise and the Melissa Harris-Perry Show.
ADVOCATE FOR WOMEN
In 2012, Daria's passion for advancing women led her to create Black MBA Women, the first diversified platform to deliver content, community and career development events to black women from top-tier business schools. Black MBA Women had earned meaningful national press and is an official Lean In platform partner.
